F.A.Q.

A: A lace front wig does not have lace around the back, so you cannot wear it in a high ponytail. A full lace wig comes with lace all around for being worn in a high ponytail, which will give a more natural look than lace front wigs.

A: The life of your wig will depend on your use and care of it. If handled properly, it should last you 6 months to a year.

A: Indian Remy Hair is collected directly from Indian hair donor and Chinese Remy Hair is collected directly from Chinese hair donor. Indian hair is currently the best hair on the market for wigs and weaves. It comes in different textures. These include straight, curly and wavy. The Indian hair is recommended for everyone. You should only choose Chinese Remy hair if you want a very straight wig, that is naturally shiny, and does not hold curl, and is slightly more course.

A: We suggest you to do a skin test before use if you are with sensitive skin. Most people are all right with the glues and tapes. However, if you have sensitive skin, we advise you to start with the Spirit Gum or Hollisters Medical Adhesive.

A: Well the lace is not heavy and the purpose is to allow air flow. But you can let your hair air out between applications..

A: Custom orders can not be returned. In stock items are allowed a one-time only exchange. We ask that you do your measurements a few times to ensure they are correct. Also, it helps to measure your head with your hair style the same way you intend to wear it under your wig.

A: Yes, it is very necessary. Especially if you will not wear them under your lace wig.

A: You will need adhesive, remover, and scalp protector to apply and remove the wig. And the remover will help clean the lace.

A: The average stock lace wigs has light brown lace. You can order the lace to match your complexion. But you don't want the lace too dark because of the adhesive. And also the skin right below your hairline is usually very light.

A: Yes. Click here to view the steps of a lace wig application process.

A: Yes, all you have to do is braid your hair in small flat cornrows either in a beehive or straight back. You can wrap your hair or lay it flat back. Then use a wig cap to keep your natural hair in place. It's that simple.

A:
1. Fill your clean sink with luke warm water (make sure there is absolutely no bleach or other harsh cleaning chemical residue in the sink)
2. Add a capful or less of gentle(human hair wig formulated) shampoo and dilute in the water. Never use regular shampoo on your wigs! If the wig has picked up the odor of smoke or other strong odors, you may add a teaspoon of baking soda to your basin, and blend in.
3. Gently swish the wig or piece in the water for about 30 seconds to a minute until the wig is saturated. Gently rub the front of the wig cap, where it meets the forehead until clean. And remember GENTLY GENTLY GENTLY!
4. Leave the wig soak in the wig sink for about 5 minutes
5. Empty the wig basin of water and rinse the wig or piece in cool water. It is very important to use cool water on curly wigs, as warm water will over-relax the curls of wigs. 6. Gently squeeze excess water out of wig. Do not rub or twist your wig.
7. Spread the wig out on a plastic wig stand and leave in a ventilated area to dry overnight. You should spray on a little leave-on wig conditioner, when you start the drying process. It is not recommended to blow dry your wig. But you can blow dry on low to medium heat setting. Do not brush or style your wig while it is wet.
8. When the wig is entirely dry, re-style the wig gently.
We recommend a wig pick or wide tooth comb. Bristle brushes, and roll brushes are not recommended. Do not use regular shampoo/conditioner products. It is too strong for human hair wigs.
