I. SIMPLY HAIR PURPOSE(s) IN COLLECTING PERSONAL INFO.

          

We collect personal information to:

  • deliver the products and services to our customers;
  • administer our business;
  • develop and offers and promotions;
  • provide timely customer service; and
  • respond to legal procedures (such as subpoenas and warrants)

         

We do not sell or rent personal information to others.

We do not use cookies to track movements on websites other than our own.

We do not disclose personal information to non-Affiliates except in the following situations:

 

  •  when you request or give us permission to do so;
  •  when we use service providers and contractors (such as credit card issuers, check cashing bureaus, or data processors, , customer service or research companies, etc.) for limited purposes to assist us in completing our transactions with you, maintaining or conducting our business, or doing customer research;
  • when appropriate to prevent harm or injury (such as preventing fraud, or handling claims or other liabilities), or to comply with valid legal process and applicable laws.

 

 

 

II. SHIPPING TIME AND METHODS:

                      ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH IN THE U.S. ONLY

All wig orders are shipped via UPS second day air. It will take between 3 to 5 days to recieve a tracking number. Packages are shipped electronically and will have to wait for pick up by the carrier service. Once your package has been accepted and scanned the transit information will be updated on UPS website. Custom orders will take between 15-30 days to process for the making of the wig.

 

Mannequin heads may be shipped by UPS, DHL, or USPS. It will take between 3 to 5 days to recieve a tracking number. Packages are shipped electronically and will have to wait for pick up by the carrier service. Once your package has been accepted and scanned the transit information will be updated on the carrier's website.

 

 

III. EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY:

 

Wigs are not refundable for any reason. Simply Hair strives to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and allows a ONE TIME ONLY exchange.

Stock items may be exchanged only if:

  • the excess lace has not been cut, torn, or removed in any way
  • the hair has not been cut, colored, highlighted, or altered in any way
  • the wig has not been styled ( other than the original style at purchase)
  • NO GLUE OR RESIDUE ON THE LACE OR WIG HAIRS

These items may be returned within 7 days from delivery. You must contact customer service within in 3 days of delivery to begin the exchange process. There is also a 10% restock fee for all returned products.
 

 NO REFUND/RETURNS/EXCHANGE FOR CUSTOM ORDERS.

           We reserve the right to change our  policies at any time, except as may be prohibited by law. We will post revisions online that we consider appropriate. Use of our websites or services or the purchase of products after posted changes means that you consent to the policies as changed.
